TFS Series: HEAVY DUTY EXTRACTION FOR MEDIUM TO LARGE EQUIPMENT
The TFS series of units by TBH are designed for processes requiring medium or high levels of dust extraction. The TFS series utilizes filter media with large surface areas and can easily be changed without tools. Recommended for welding fumes, laser processing, and other applications with vapors and dusts in the micrometer range. The extraction system can be individually configured with extraction arm and spark extinguisher depending on the application.
TFS Series Product Selection
TFS 500
The TFS 500 model of filtration and fume extraction equipment by TBH renders high-performance allowing maximum flexibility for extracting medium to high volume levels of particles. Ideal for use with medium sized equipment due to the high air flow performance, the units can also be setup as a central system for extraction. The TFS design allows for 2 filter configurations including standard and PLUS. TFS PLUS models are configured with large activated carbon filters ideal for applications requiring the filtration of large amounts of noxious gasses and vapors. The TFS filters were specifically designed and optimized with regard to handling of the filter media and reducing filter replacement time adding to ROI. The SafeLine particle filter allows for larger particles to settle at the bottom of the filter without saturating precious filter surface media extending the life of the filters. All TFS units are equipped with H14 HEPA particle filters ensuring safe extraction of ultra-fine particles from your work process. Additionally, the TFS 500 configurations are equipped with a powerful continuous-running motor capable of extracting up to 412 CFM (700 m3/hr) with high static pressure ensuring extraction at longer distances or multiple workstations. Ideal for soldering, laser processing, and other applications with large amounts of sticky or moist dusts, the TFS 500 models can be utilized in a wide variety of applications.

Assurance In Health And Safety
The Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (IFA) has tested the systems specifically in accordance with DIN ISO 21904. They meet the protection level for safe extraction and filtering required by the TRGS 528 directive. The systems are labeled with W3 and DGUV seal, and are accordingly included in the “IFA positive list”.
