Founded in 2018 by owner, Josh Stephens, Lasers Plus aims to help businesses expand product offerings and grow through laser production services, e-commerce product fulfillment services + fume extraction solutions for a safer workplace.
Getting Started
Lasers Plus is built from extensive experience and knowledge within the laser industry. Back in 2007, Josh started his career from his hometown in Arlington, TX working for a distributor of high-quality laser and rotary equipment. Always having a passion for computers and technology, this allowed him to excel with the high-tech equipment and grow into laser sales and services.
Looking to expand his knowledge, he moved to Michigan and began working directly for a global laser manufacturer in 2011. There he excelled in moving from sales and service to a business development role. This role was just the challenge needed to further spur growth and provide sales support, tech support, and laser trainings withing the company and for their customer base.
During his many years in this role, Josh managed the application testing lab working with numerous companies across the nation from small businesses up to Fortune 500 companies. He also travelled the nation presenting training seminars and collaborating with end-users directly aiding their business growth through laser technology.
Josh was always heavily encouraged by his grandfather, John Peters, to continue to grow and face new challenges in his career which prompted him to break out on his own. Lasers Plus LLC was founded in 2018 thanks to the love and support of his family, in particular his wife, Ashton, and grandparents John and Kathy.
With the creation of Lasers Plus, Josh turned his attention to utilizing all of the knowledge and experience gained over the years to provide solutions to businesses for their engraving, cutting, and marking needs. Soon after Lasers Plus acquired TBH filtration equipment for use with their laser equipment and a partnership was formed.
Now, in addition to laser production services, Lasers Plus LLC is a distributor of TBH filtration + fume extraction equipment. Having experienced first hand the quality, craftmanship, and affordability of the TBH product line, Lasers Plus now aims to deliver TBH equipment to many companies in order to protect their workplace and the environment.
